Megan Thee Stallion is still a fresh face on the scene but some people are saying that she's already got "sons." Much like Young Thug birthed Gunna and Lil Keed, and Eminem paved the way for Logic and others, social media is claiming that the new 1501 Entertainment signee Erica Banks is a rip-off of Megan Thee Stallion.

Also hailing from Texas, the rapper is the latest signee on Carl Crawford's label, seemingly replacing Megan. After dropping a freestyle in the car, people were quick to write her off as a copycat of the "Savage" star. Before coming through with her new project today, Banks responded to the accusations, brushing them off and keeping her cool.

"Only ppl from Texas understand that we all have the same 'accent' lol," wrote the up-and-coming artist on Twitter.

In her replies, critics are claiming that not only do they sound similar, but she's also allegedly jacking Megan's whole flow, her mannerisms, her style, and more.

Erica Banks is unfazed though. She's hustling and, just like Megan did, she thinks she can become a star under the tutelage of Carl Crawford.

Do you think they sound the same or does Erica Banks have her own swagger that people aren't catching onto right away?
