Shortly after Eminem debuted his divisive beard in public, he met up with current Atlanta trap MVP 2 Chainz. Chainz shared the photo evidence on his Instagram, expressing his excitement with the meet-up in his caption. "Sooo this jus happened," he wrote, tagging the post "#MarshallLikesTrapMusic."
While the post suggests nothing more than a meeting between the two rappers, HipHopNMore has pointed to a post from one of Chainz' regular collaborators that mentions a studio session. Nolan Presley, who engineers for Street Execs, and more specifically 2 Chainz and Skooly, captioned a pic with Em: "Just finished a session with @eminem." There's no mention of a collaboration between Em and Chainz, but if Presley was behind the boards on the recording, it's possible that the two were in the lab together.
Could this be a song intended for an upcoming Eminem album, or are we getting ahead of ourselves here?
