Those in the know can attest to the lyrical prowess of Johnny Venus and Doctur Dot, also known as the minds behind EarthGang. Though their long-awaited MirrorLand album has been moved to 2019, the pair have kept themselves busy, playing an integral role holding it down for J. Cole's KOD tour. Not only that, but they also dropped off Royalty at the onset of the year, rounding off their conceptual and groove-driven trilogy. Now, it would appear that Dot and Venus have been hard at work on a new endeavor, and it's one that may very well turn a few heads.
As it happens, EarthGang have been at work on the upcoming Dreamville collaboration, Revenge Of The Dreamers 3. The duo took to Twitter to preview a new jam from the tape, which sounds like it's about to be a banger. The post prompted labelmate Cozz to slide through, requesting that they leave some heat for him to rip. EarthGang assure him that there's no shortage, prompting excitement from Dreamville fans nationwide. Throw Cole, JID, Bas, Ari Lennox, and Lute into the mix, and we're looking at one of next year's potential heavyweight drops.
