Verses is an up and coming rapper / musician hailing from Silver Spring, Maryland in the DMV area born of West African descent to Nigerian parents. He began writing compositions and poetry in the form of raps at the age of 13 in Junior High School and spent a number of years honing his craft in the background. In 2004, he recorded a demo for the very first time and the rest is history. Verses cites Michael Jackson, 2Pac, Jimi Hendrix, Lupe Fiasco and Eminem as his influences and aims to push boundaries with his music.
