It looks like the Dreamville imprint is wasting no time releasing new music in 2018. Just a week after Cozz returned to the scene with the new song “Questions,” next up from J. Cole’s label is the Chicago rapper Omen, who decides to call on female songstress Ari Lennox for the new song “Phone Home,” which is a remix of Erykah Badu’s “Telephone Medley” record.
“One day I decided to remix an Erykah Badu joint called “telephone medley” I asked Ari Lennox to be apart of it and now we have Phone Home. Much Love,” Omen shared along with the song. It’s unclear at the moment on where this song will end up, but hopefully there’s more to follow, or better yet a project for the at matter because we’re LONG overdue for one.
