If Drake's "Hotline Bling" goes No. 1, as he's hoping for, one would imagine that he'll have accomplished most everything he's dreamed of in the music realm. That's not to say he'll slow down anytime soon, but perhaps Drizzy is ready to start exploring new ventures -- or, rather, get back into old ones.

In his new interview with W magazine, the former "Degrassi" star revealed that that he "can't wait" to get back into the acting game.

"I can’t wait to get back into acting. No one ever asks me to do movies, and, although music is my focal point now, I'd love to do a film. That was the life that I lived before, and it would be interesting to live it again."

Drake hasn't been totally removed from Hollywood, though he hasn't had a feature role since "Degrassi," aside from when he lent his voice to Ethan, a wooly mammoth in "Ice Age: Continental Drift," in 2012. He recently had a cameo in "Think Like a Man Too," and he briefly appeared in "Anchorman 2" in 2013.

A TMZ reporter recently caught Drake leaving a restaurant in Hollywood and asked Drake what kind of film star, action or comedy, he would like to be, which prompted a classic Drizzy quote:

"I'm all across the board," responded Drake after rolling down the rear window. "Have you ever played Monopoly and won? I'm all across the board," he said as the car sped off.

Is this a good call for Drake? Or should he stay zoned in on music for the next decade or so?
