Drake & Rick Ross Teamed Up On The Just Blaze-Produced "Lord Knows"

It's been seven years since Drake released his sophomore album, Take Care. It's often argued that it's the best album in his catalog. Drake's versatility was better displayed on Take Care. From the more R&B, emotional cuts, to straight anthemic bangers that have survived the test of time. To commemorate the project's release, we brought back one of the many highlights off of the project, "Lord Knows" for this week's #TBT.

Drake and Rick Ross served two of their strongest verses on "Lord Knows." The track, produced by Just Blaze, was an immediate highlight off of Take Care upon its release. Ross was at the peak of his career, in between the releases of Teflon Don and God Forgives I Don't while Take Care was the project that cemented Drake's place in hip-hop. Their respective verses on the track didn't only show their undeniable chemistry on wax, but also their trajectory in the rap game.
