Dealing with the loss of a loved one is never easy. When that loved one was healthy and living a good life, the devastation is only that much more potent. The death of Kim Porter has rocked the hip-hop community. Porter was the mother of three of Diddy's children, and her loving smile has made appearances over the decades at several prestigious events. Diddy is doing everything in his power to make sure that the mother of his children has a special burial, and he's even ordered a horse-drawn carriage to transport her casket.
Porter's funeral will take place this Saturday in Columbus, Georgia. Sources close to Diddy have told TMZ that the hip-hop mogul would like to deliver a eulogy at the funeral. Due to the suddenness and pure shock of Porter's death though, Diddy may be too devastated to give the important speech.
Sources also tell TMZ that Faith Evan is set to perform at the service. Faith was close with Porter, and it would make sense for her to lay down a performance of "I'll Be Missing You." Mary J. Blige is also set to appear, although it doesn't look like she'll be performing.
