Twitterverse and Instagram were in a tizzy this weekend when Diddy allegedly proposed to his girlfriend and Bad Boy signee, Cassie, over Instagram.
The rumors immediately started swirling when Diddy posted a photo of an enormous diamond ring on his IG account, and asked his girl, "Baby do you like it? I just want to get you wat you Like ! I just wanna Mk you smile :) #takeDat. !"
Cassie was seen with a gigantic ring on her finger while hanging out with Diddy in New York this past Saturday, adding fuel to the fire. There were "congratulations" plastered all over both parties Instagram accounts, however, we've come to learn that those congratulations were offered too soon.
A rep for Diddy has confirmed with the DailyMail that he did not propose to his girlfriend Cassie. The rep said simply, "They are not engaged."
