Free agent wide receiver Dez Bryant might not be out of work for much longer.

During the Cleveland Browns' preseason opener against the New York Giants last night, Bryant took to twitter to announce he is starting his visits next week and his first stop is Cleveland. The Browns have expressed interest in bringing the three-time Pro Bowl receiver in for a workout but General manager John Dorsey told reporters Thursday that he hasn't had any luck getting in touch with him.

According to Mary Kay Cabot of Cleveland.com, Dorsey says he’d have Dez Bryant in next week “if he returns a phone call. He won’t return any phone calls." Not long after Dorsey's comments surfaced on twitter, Bryant fired off several tweets, including one that reads, "I wouldn’t mind playing for the browns.. I just want to be right first." He followed up by tweeting, "Starting my visits next week...I’m coming to the Land to see you Mr Dorsey."

The Browns traded for wide receiver Jarvis Landry this off-season and expect Josh Gordon to be ready "soon," as he is currently away from the team as part of his overall health and treatment plan. They recently traded away former first round pick Corey Coleman, which opens the door for Bryant to join the revamped Browns offense.

Since being selected by the Cowboys 24th overall in the 2010 NFL Draft, Bryant has spent his entire career in Dallas, including three Pro Bowl seasons. He earned First-Team All-Pro honors in 2014 when he caught a career-best 16 touchdowns. Last season, Bryant caught 69 passes, including six touchdowns, for a grand total of 838 yards and was tied for third in the league in dropped passes.
