The Miami Marlins have returned to the baseball field tonight following the tragic death of their young, All-Star pitcher, Jose Fernandez. In honor of Fernandez, all of the Marlins players are wearing his #16 jersey.

Before the first pitch all of the players, from both the Marlins and the Mets, embraced on the mound as the crowd chanted "Jose, Jose, Jose.' Needless to say, it's a very emotional scene at Marlins Park tonight.

And when the Marlins came up to bat in the bottom of the first, Dee Gordon put on Fernandez's helmet, stepped in the box and proceeded to hit a homerun- his first of the season. Absolutely incredible.
