Drake's "Summer Sixteen" is currently sitting, quite fittingly, at number 6 on the Hot 100, which is quite the achievement for an uncompromising rap record. It feels in line with previous tracks like "Started From The Bottom," and "0 To 100," which means we'll be hearing a lot of freestyles over this one, and Dave East is one of the first to turn in his version.
As usual, he hits us with some pretty technical bars, and proves he's built for these kind of records. We'll have to see how he holds up against what should be a flood of other rapppers ready to take on the track. Let us know how he fared against Drake in the comments below.
