Being the biggest breakout artist out of Memphis in some time, it makes sense that Snootie Wild would get the Three 6 Mafia co-sign. The collective, who's revised lineup now goes by Da Mafia 6ix, is releasing a brand new album later this year called Watch What U Wish..., and have made this record the first single.
While the triple 6 formula has remained effective through the years (and is especially en vogue right now as younger artists channel the lo-fi demonism of their early career), the Snootie feature should bring them to a new audience. Look out for the album soon.
