A return trip to Burnie's is on the horizon, and Curren$y Spitta fans are anticipating the date with bated breath and full lungs. Unfortunately, the album was originally meant to surface on March 16th, but when the date arrived, nothing came. Still, Curren$y is a generous man, and has dropped a remix in the interim, as a peace offering of sorts. Today brings forth the Jet Life Remix to Rae Sremmurd's breakout "Perplexing Pegasus," which picks up where last month's Spring Collection mixtape left off. Over the tried and true instrumental from J-Bo Mike WiLL Made-It, Spitta lays down some energetic (at least, for him) bars.
With an intense drawl, Curren$y delivers a smooth flow, rapping "Mama I don't feel no pain, I'm a real stunt mane, yeah I kick shit Jackie Chan, though I can't complain." It's a good look for the rapper, who continues to prove adept at the art of the remix. Keep an eye out for Back At Burnie's.
