Today marks eighteen years since the death of Big Pun. At 28 years old, the rapper suffered a fatal heart attack inside of the Crowne Plaza. The rapper left behind his wife and three kids, two of which follow their father's footsteps in entering the rap game. Today, his kids Chris Rivers and Star Rios, drop off "You Ain't Banned" in honor of their late father.
Chris Rivers and Star Rios get together for a sibling collaboration on their two beat song "You Ain't Banned." The song is split into two different parts with Star Rios tackling the "Banned From TV" beat and Rivers taking on the production of "You Ain't A Killer."
The latest effort is part of Chris River's new weekly series called "Barzday Wednesday Freestyles" which kicked off last week with his take on Young M.A.'s "Walk."
Quotable Lyrics
First of all, R.I.P to my poppa
Second of all, I'm fuckin' sick like STD's from a doctor
I rather be a Mufasa, die real because these herds'll get strained
When he sees an imposter
