Chris Brown’s "Fortune" earns No. 1 spot on US, and international album charts.
Chris Brown’s fifth solo studio album Fortune debuts this week at number one in the US, UK, and even the Netherlands.
From a press release, according to Nielson SoundScan, the album claimed the No.1 position on Billboard’s "Top 200 Albums" and "R&B Albums"charts.
Internationally, it’s Brown’s first ever No. 1 in four new countries including UK, Australia, Japan, and New Zealand, and No. 1 "R&B/Soul" albums in twenty two other countries, and now has accumulated worldwide album sales of over 8 million albums.
This comes on the heels of last year’s F.A.M.E. which garnered him a Grammy in 2012 for Best R&B Album.
Check out two previously released singles from the album, "Till'I Die" and "Don't Wake Me Up".
