Chris Brown has faced a litany of bad press since the year started. In the past two weeks, fearing for their lives, model Karrueche Tran and her BFF Joseph Ryan La Cour both got a restraining orders against her ex-boyfriend.
Yet, TMZ reports that she's failed serving the restraining order to C-Breezy. He has allegedly evaded being service on three occasions.
Still, according to the gossip mag, Tran and the R&B superstar will have a showdown in court Thursday. Last month, a judge issued an emergency restraining order following her allegations that Brown had abused her physically in the past -- punching her twice in the belly and shoving her down a flight of stairs -- and threatened to shoot her.
The singer has claimed his innocence. However, sources say Tran is adamant: she wants him to stay away from her for three years, or face jail time. Apparently, she is seeking a permanent restraining order and is willing to testify in court.
Brown has a history of violence; in 2009, he was convicted of assaulting Rihanna.
