Universal Music's sub-label, 10:22 pm, recently signed its first artist, Chantel Jeffries, and today she comes through with her first single "Wait" featuring Offset and Louisville rapper Vory. The track comes off her upcoming debut tape Calculated Luck that is set to come out later this year. The video that comes with the track sees a string of home videos of Chantel's closest homies bumping to her new song in a variety of locations.
The 24-year-old recently performed at Coachella and previous to her music endeavours she's made a name for herself as a model. ”I’m thrilled that Chantel has chosen 10:22 pm as her home," label head Celine Joshua said. "Where we will work to develop new commercial and creative opportunities for our artists and content creators to advance their careers and reach new fans around the world. From the moment I met Chantel, I knew she was a creative force with a unique ear for music, and I’m honored that she’s the first artist to sign to my new label.”
