Chance the Rapper's Kit Kat jingle is the hottest song in the streets. He unveiled it at the beginning of October in a Kit Kat commercial co-starring "Chance the Wrapper." Wednesday night, Kit Kat release an alternate version of the ad in which Chance trades the lion costume for his trademark "3" hat. After Chance the Wrapper sings the jingle, he whispers to Chance the Rapper, "we're both rappers."

Fresh off his appearance at the White House the other night with Frank Ocean, Chance The Rapper decides to come through tonight and share the official video for his Jay Electronica & Nicole-assisted record “How Great,” off his Coloring Book project. Taking a different approach however, the black & white video was entirely shot on an iPhone & finds Chance’s cousin, Nicole, singing in front of a gospel choir, before the Chicago rapper comes into play & does his thing repping the “3” hat.

With camera phones readily available these days, we're getting to see footage of fan vs. artist incidents much more often than we used to, not always involving a stage, but there's a sufficient number of instances when fans attempt to rush the stage in order to get close to their favorite artist (too close).

Yesterday Kit Kat teased a new Halloween-themed commercial starring Chicago's own Chance The Rapper/Chance The Wrapper. Kit Kat revealed that Chance would be dropping "that new Kit Kat jingle," but as the commercial arrives this morning, it's not actually a new jingle, it's their old jingle, sung by Chance. It's a great marketing ploy nonetheless.

Fresh off his performance at The Meadows Festival in NYC this past weekend, Chance The Rapper made his way by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Monday and served as the evening’s very special musical guest. Digging into his bag of surprises, Chano decided to bring out special guests Anthony Hamilton, Ty Dolla $ign, D.R.A.M., and Raury to help him perform a reprised version of his Coloring Book record “Blessings,” which is pretty awesome to say the least. Joey Purp's iiiDrops is one of the best mixtapes of the year. This morning, Purp shared the music video for one of the tape's standout track, "Girls @" featuring Chance the Rapper. Purp originally released the song as a single a couple weeks before he released the mixtape in May. The video finds him having fun in a parking lot with Chance the Rapper and other members of the SaveMoney crew and some flossy females. Whimsical cinematography, a whimsical Knox Fortune beat, and whimsical bars combine to make for a whimsical viewing experiences.

Chance the Rapper hit Good Morning America's Times Square studio Monday morning to perform Coloring Book track "Summer Friends." He was joined by Francis and the Lights, who produced the rack, and his old SoX partner-in-crime Peter Cottontale. Before the performance, Chance granted an interview that covered a variety of topics, including his desire to be open about his religion. "People are afraid to speak about God to a certain extent," he told GMA host Robin Roberts. "And I think if you're not free to speak about God, then you're not free."

Listening to Chance The Rapper's new mixtape, Coloring Book, it's pretty easy to hear his eclectic taste in music. Heading out to Wicker Park in Chicago, he was able to share some of his favorite music with passersby, picking out a selection of albums from Reckless Records before handing them out for free on the street. In the clip filmed for Billboard, Chance gives out albums that include Wu-Tang Clan's 36 Chambers, Mick Jenkins' The Water[s], and Ariana Grande's Dangerous Woman.

There have been some great entries so far, but Chance The Rapper may have take the cake when he decided to write his own verse to the beat. Chance The Rapper crashed many-a-set at Bonnaroo, so it was only right that he did the same in his hometown of Chicago's largest festival, Lollapalooza. The Coloring Book rapper made an appearance during Future's set, giving fans a rendition of "No Problem," his go-to record when surprise-guesting, and unsurprisingly the Chicago crowd gave him a whole lot back. Unfortunately, Future and Chance did not do their own collab from CB, "Smoke Break," but it was a beautiful moment nonetheless.
