Outside Lands announced its 2016 lineup Tuesday morning. The lineup isn't as hip hop-heavy as some other festivals (headliners = Radiohead, LCD Soundsystem, Lionel Richie, and Lana Del Rey), there are still some pretty big names. J. Cole, Chance the Rapper, Kehlani, Vince Staples, Anderson .Paak and Big Grams (Big Boi + Phantogram) will all be making appearances. Chance shared snippets from the alternate "Waves" on his Snapchat. He sings a simple, Fetty Wap-esque melody line over the chorus -- which is sung by someone other than Chris Brown, which would imply that this is an early draft of the track.

We know Kanye West was in the studio with Chance The Rapper last night, which he explained was to put the finishing touches on the song "Waves". Now, he's made it official.Once the title track on the album, "Waves" was removed post-name change, but via an edited version of the tracklist that popped up on Chance The Rapper's Instagram account last night, it looks like Ye has snuck the track in between "I Miss The Old Kanye" and the Weeknd-assisted "FML". Chance captioned the photo "Done," so we're hoping this will be the final delay of the album.
