The iHeartRadio Music Awards are going down right now, you can catch them airing live on TNT, TBS and TruTV. The annual awards show leans more towards pop than hip-hop, but nonetheless there are spaces for hip-hop artists to take home awards.
Case in point, Chance the Rapper snagged another award for Best New Hip-Hop Artist, as deemed by iHeart Radio-- this follows up his Grammy win of a similar (but not exactly the same) nature a couple of weeks back. Chance was up against Kevin Gates, Desiigner, D.R.A.M. and Kent Jones for Best New Hip-Hop Artist-- do you think they made the right choice?
Bryson Tiller is also taking home an award this evening, for Best New RnB Artist. Tiller was nominated alongside Belly, Dreezy, Kayla Brianna and Ro James.
