Chance The Rapper Stars In "Mr. Happy" Short Film

Chance The Rapper has proven himself as one of the most exciting new artists in rap, and now, he's decided to try his hand at acting. The Chicago emcee stars in a new short film called Mr. Happy. Chance plays a guy who's contemplating suicide, but when he can't find the guts to do it himself, he falls upon a website that will perform the deed for him.

Chance just performed at the SXSW Fader Fort a few days ago with his backing band, The Social Experiment. Their new album, Surf, is due out later this year. You can watch their "Sunday Candy" performance here.
