Police are investigating Cee Lo Green after a woman alleged he sexually assaulted her.
Recording artist and judge on the hit reality talent show “The Voice”, Cee-Lo Green, is under preliminary investigation by LAPD after a woman has alleged he sexual assaulted her. Cee-Lo maintains that he has done nothing to the woman.
As reported by TMZ, the woman filed a report with authorities in Los Angeles accusing Cee-Lo, real name Thomas DeCarlo Callaway, or sexual battery. This led detectives to investigate a restaurant in downtown L.A. where they questioned staff, and the manager in regards to the alleged incident.
Identity, and other information on the victim has not been released, but the Gnarls Barkley singer adamantly denied he has done anything wrong saying in a statement to TMZ, “nothing ever happened there or anywhere else.” He added that he has not frequented that restaurant in several months.
Cee-Lo is yet to be charged, as police are still investigating the merit of the allegations, and prosecutors are yet to be involved.
