Lil Yachty's right-hand man Burberry Perry has been hit with a lawsuit from British luxury fashion line Burberry, TMZ reports.

Burberry, which was founded in 1856, claims that Perry is using their name and logo to promote his brand. The cover and font used on Burberry Perry's self-titled debut album are almost a direct rip-off of the Burberry well-known logo design -- the equestrian knight and plaid print.

According to TMZ, Burberry fears that customers will think its brand is somehow connected to Burberry Perry. Perry ignored their cease and desist letters, leaving them no choice but to hit him with the lawsuit.

It was only a matter of time.
