Brandy is an OG in the R&B game, but still continues to pump out new material. That being said, we haven't heard from her since the top of the year, with the release of "Cigarette".
She's returned today, with a curious new cover of Coldplay's lead single from their new album, Ghost Stories. "Magic" is a very faithful re-imagining, matching the instrumental almost identically, but of course adding a bit of an R&B flare to the vocals.
The singer is apparently working on the follow up to 2012's Two Eleven, which may or may not be out before the end of the summer.
