Who would’ve thought Brad Pitt is a fan of Frank Ocean? In a new interview with GQ, the Hollywood superstar revealed that he became a big supporter of Frank’s recently during his highly publicized divorce with Angelina Jolie.
“I’ve been listening to a lot of Frank Ocean,” Pitt said when asked about what helped him get through the tough times. “I find this young man so special. Talk about getting to the raw truth. He’s painfully honest. He’s very, very special. I can’t find a bad one. And of great irony to me: Marvin Gaye’s Here, My Dear [Gaye’s touchstone album about divorce]. And that kind of sent me down a road.”
It’s a pretty good time for Pitt to take a particular liking to Frank’s music because the Blonde singer released two new albums in August & is coming off the release of a few collaborations these past few weeks with Jay Z, Young Thug & even Travis Scott.
