Two months into 2016, and Boosie has released two albums. This is after beating cancer in December. Today, he's got two huge remixes off his latest LP, Out My Feelings (In My Past). And he ain't slowing any time soon.
We just shared the remix of "Real N*ggas," featuring Jeezy, and now we've got one with Young Thug and Lil Durk.
The "Choppers N Gunz" remix is a riveting listen. It's Boosie spitting gangsta rap at its absolute coldest. With its haunting production, "Choppers N Gunz" is reminiscent of last year's "Retaliation," the Touchdown 2 Cause Hell single produced by London on da Track.
Both Durk and Thug drop off hard, ferocious verses. The two of them are quickly proving their promise as a duo, as Durk was featured on two songs off Thug's new tape, I'm Up.
The most stirring part of the track, though -- when Boosie comes to a whisper on the hook. Damn!
