Just days after Troy Ave christened himself "Newpac," Boosie Badazz continues the pattern with his upcoming album BooPac. After teasing the album title on Instagram, Boosie confirmed it during an interview with Vlad TV. "I know it's going to be a big ol' thang," says Boosie, "but you know, it's in my heart....I'm my generation's Tupac."

He goes on to confirm that the album will be a double disc, featuring 26 songs. It's clear that the Louisiana rapper feels a strong emotional connection with Shakur, and claims his upcoming music will touch listeners the same way Pac's music did. Keep an eye out for BooPac, out later this year on Atlantic Records.
