Boldy James is back with The Bully Boys for "I Got My Own Money."

Detroit spitter Boldy James is back alongside Redi Rock and Fast Lane as The Bully Boys. This is the first joint Bully Boys effort since November's "Roses," with which the group announced a forthcoming project, so it's likely that the Boys' new track, "I Got My Own Money," will end up on the same release.

"I Got My Own Money" is a high-intensity hustler's anthem, and it's about the most gangster take on luxury rap you're likely to hear anytime soon. The thriller-esque production comes from Antt Beatz, who lets a g-funk-style synth slice through the beat as each verse climaxes into the anthemic hook.

Stay tuned for an announcement regarding the upcoming project from The Bully Boys.

Quotable Lyrics

'Cuz I was trappin' harder than a full court press
Sold dope, from 8 to 8, that's the morning shift
Told coach if he can't make the play, then sit him on the bench
Put up some money for a rainy day just on the strip
'Cuz now we swingin' for the fences, concrete, just brewing bricks
