In the middle of serving a seven year gang conspiracy sentence, Brooklyn rapper Bobby Shmurda has received an additional four years for being caught with a shank. NBC reports that Bobby received a knife from a woman named Kimberly Rousseau during a visit. According to Bossip, Rousseau was "an obsessed fan" with no personal connection to the rapper.

While the contraband charge may have seemingly landed him four more years, Bobby managed to catch a small break. By pleading guilty to the offense, the sentence will run parallel to his existing one, meaning the "Shmoney Dance" rapper won't have to do any additional time.
