The Best Hip Hop Songs (On Spotify) Of July 2016
HNHH recently launched a Spotify playlist called FIRE EMOJI: The Hottest Hip Hop Songs Right Now. The playlist is updated on a daily basis. It lives on Spotify and thus is inherently imperfect, because not all super-hot hip hop songs have been added to Spotify. Still, the playlist is generally representative of the best new releases in hip hop.

Blu Accuses Evidence & Alchemist Of Racism, Evidence Responds
Things are not well between Blu, Evidence and Alchemist. Yesterday, Blu went on a vicious Twitter tirade, accusing both Evidence and Alchemist of racism, going on to suggest that the two supported Darren Wilson (the officer who killed Mike Brown in Ferguson in 2014). The rapper consistently used the homophobic slur, "f*ggot," and made some pretty serious but often confusing accusations, writing, "i had to tell they're twitter fans who don't know that they are getting young black males murdered."

MED, Blu, & Madlib's collaborative album Bad Neighbor dropped today. It has the look of a sneaky-great album. MED and Blu linked up in 2013 for a pair of EPs, The Buzz & The Burgundy, and by bringing Madlib into the fold they unlocked a world of potential. 16 tracks in length, Bad Neighbor features guest appearances from MF DOOM, Phonte, Aloe Blacc, Hodgy Beats, Dam-Funk, Aloe Blacc, Oh No, Anderson .Paak, and several others.

Underrated Audio aims to provide you with some dope looks from the last seven days, that flew under most peoples' radars. While they may have received front-page placement on HNHH, they didn't get as many views as they deserve, so we shine a little more light on them right here.
