Blac Papi puts a spotlight on his hood in his new music video for "Off The Block." The rapper is spotted flexing his cars and bikes with his whole block with him. He grabbed LvtrKevin to direct the video. He's the person who's also responsible for G-Herbo's "Everything" remix with Chance The Rapper and Lil Uzi Vert.
In an exclusive quote to HNHH, Blac Papi explained that the song is a reflection of how far he's come in his life.
"‘Off The Block’ was inspired by me just sitting on the couch with all my jewelry on and reflecting on life and how far I’ve come in such little time. It was a vibe as I looked at my life, the block builds so much character." He said to HNHH. "From "off the block " to straight to my jeweler, from “off the block” to being a hero in my community and never forgetting where I came from. From “off the block” to making sure my family is good and don't want for anything. It just a saying we have here in Philly, "OFF THE BLOCK." From "off the block "to a megastar is the goal.”
