I know we’ve heard this all before, but it still looks like Birdman wants to put out Lil Wayne’s Carter V soon. During a newly-taped appearance on Travis Scott and Chase B's Beats 1 radio show, which airs tomorrow afternoon at 3 PM EST, Birdman was asked about the status of Lil Wayne’s Carter V, which he confidently believes is coming out soon.

"It's definitely coming out," he said. "The situation with me and my son, I'm going to put it all behind us and just let it move forward. Wayne is one of the best artists ever to do the game, and I want to see him continue to do what he been doing, and I'm going to support whatever he's doing."

While Birdman’s words here sound nice & reassuring, his actions & lawsuits paint a clearer picture of how he really feels. Back in November, Stunna called off the negotiations with Lil Wayne after the two sides were super close to reaching an agreement from their $51 million dollar lawsuit, but Birdman caught wind of Weezy dissing his name on stage & ultimately called it off.

In addition to the Carter V talk, Birdman apparently also speaks with Travis about the early days of Cash Money, the upcoming documentary he’s creating, Drake, and more. Check out the brief excerpt from the interview (below) before the full things surfaces tomorrow afternoon.

Do you believe Birdman here or is he just saying what fans want to hear?
