Birdman is well-known as one of the wealthier rappers in the game. With the Cash Money empire in tow, Baby placed within the top 5 hip hop earners on Forbes list earlier this year. For someone like Swizz Beatz, who hosted his Annual Bronx Charter School For The Arts Fundraiser this week, Birdman is definitely a good friend to have.
Swizz gave the YMCMB leader a call live from the event, putting him on the spot for a donation. When asked if he could empty his pockets for the cause, Birdman replied with "Anything for you homie," going on to offer "10 thousand, 40 thousand, 50 thousand, whatever works for you."
"The number you stopped on wasn't a bad one," said Swizz, locking Birdman into his $50,000 offer.
