By now most of you have probably heard the news about Bill Cosby today, but if not, it was announced on Tuesday that he’ll be serving 3-10 years in a state prison for drugging and sexually assaulting Andréa Constand in 2004. Cosby will also have to register as a sex offender and undergo lifetime counseling as well as report quarterly to authorities.
In the wake of the news, twitter exploded with both supporters & haters of Bill Cosby voicing their opinion. Some people said Bill is being targeted because he is a black man, while others saying the focus should be on the victims. Regardless of one’s perspective, it was all shared and felt throughout Twitter on Tuesday. However there wasn't too many celebrities or athletes that voiced their opinion, opting to remain neutral and not ruffle any feathers apparently.
