With the clock striking midnight, Big Sean’s highly anticipated new album, I Decided, was just made available for purchase on iTunes.
Laced with 14 tracks in total, the follow up to 2015’s Dark Sky Paradise serves as a concept album about the idea of rebirth. “I [told my friend], ‘Sometimes I feel like I was an old man and didn’t succeed in life and asked for a second chance, and this is my second chance.’ He was like, ‘Make that the album.’ People who can be inspired by it, that’s who I’m doing it for. Everybody else can fuck off or whatever,” Sean Don said.
Lead by the single “Bounce Back,” which already went gold, & “Moves,” I Decided features guest appearances from Eminem, Jeremih, girlfriend Jhene Aiko, Migos, The-Dream, and more. Meanwhile production is handled by the likes of DJ Mustard, Metro Boomin, Wondagurl, Detail, and more.
