On the latest of episode of Rhythm Roulette, Big K.R.I.T. rapped over a freshly minted a beat in what he described as a Southern version of Ice Cube's "It Was a Good Day". Mass Appeal now releases the song, entitled "Sticks & Stones" in all it's 106-second glory.

The sample here acomes from Linda Clifford's 1980 "Shoot Your Best Shot", a record he selected to sample at random. The song's intro is admittedly pretty ripe to be sampled. But Krit killed it regardless.

ICYMI, Krizzle released a new joint called "So Bad" on Monday to commemorate the 5-year anniversary of Return Of 4 Eva

Quotable Lyrics

I know that's unorthodox, my flow
But sometimes, the poetry much better than a metaphor
And when the groove is right, you get settle for,
'Cause you made this beat 30 minutes ago
