Yesterday, Big K.R.I.T.'s Cadillactica finally arrived (though it may not have done so while it was "still hot enough outside to ride with your windows down and your top dropped," as Krizzle previously promised). The Best Buy edition of the album included a few bonus tracks, and now a DJ Dahi-produced one of those, "Let It Show," has surfaced online.
With "O Let's Do It"-style horn stabs, a hair-raising piano line and aggressive blasts of a distorted vocal sample forming the instrumental behind a hard snapping beat, K.R.I.T. raps with southern ferocity over the inhospitable backdrop. With aggressive production and Krizzle's rapping, "Let It Show" almost sounds like it could be taken from Run The Jewels' recent album.
