This past weekend the power couple that is Beyonce and Jay-Z surprised fans everywhere with an album and music video. Everything Is Love features nine tracks and the second song, "Apeshit" came equipped with a video that sees the couple taking over the Louvre. Among the memorable clips and moments throughout the visuals, one clip, in particular, sees Beyonce wearing a dress worth a jaw-dropping €120,000 (about $138,748 USD).
Standing under “The Winged Victory of Samothrace" that is a sculpture of Nike, the Greek goddess of victory (dating back to second century B.C.) Beyonce is dressed in a wedding dress by Stephane Rolland that is worth the crazy amount of dollars. Check it out below.
As we posted before, Bey and Jay reportedly gave the iconic museum in Paris only a month's notice for filming. "Beyoncé and JAY-Z visited the Louvre 4 times in the last 10 years," a statement from The Louvre staff said. "During their last visit in May 2018, they explained their idea of filming. The deadlines were very tight but the Louvre was quickly convinced because the synopsis showed a real attachment to the museum and its beloved artworks."
