Pittsburgh native Beedie is currently prepping a new album called Counter Culture, and last month, he gave us our first taste in the form of the Wiz Khalifa-assisted track "Make A Wish." Today, a second single surfaces, this one named "Work Like That."

Alternating between four-on-the-floor dance beats anchored by a low-pitched "Work like that" chant and spacey, trap-influenced sections that run in half-time, the song gives Beedie a chance to flex his versatility. He sings, raps with a wry, Mac Miller-esque delivery and interacts with Jay Card and Dru Tang's production like a pro.

Counter Culture's coming soon.

Quotable Lyrics

I just stick to the basics
Bass in the basement
They ain't make room
I'ma make a way
