Beanie Sigel's hearing is continued at the prosecutors request, in order to get evidence results back from the lab pertaining to the case.
Beanie Sigel was in court yesterday for a preliminary hearing for his recent drug and gun charge. The hearing has been granted a continuance at the request of the prosecutors, in order to give time for evidence to be processed and the results to be returned from the lab.
Philly.com reports that bail, which had been originally set at $300,000 was changed to unsecured. This will allow the Philly rapper to be moved from the Delaware County prison to begin serving his two-year sentence for tax evasion.
Sigel was arrested just following the release of his album This Time, after being pulled over by the cops at a traffic stop.
