Barack Obama's run as President of the United States is coming to a close and his next move might be as the owner of an NBA franchise.

According to White House press secretary Josh Earnest, Obama is intrigued by the possibility of owning a team and has discussed the idea of joining an NBA franchise's ownership group, under the right circumstances.

Last November, POTUS spoke with Bill Simmons in an article for GQ where he addressed this very situation.

When asked if he would ever want to own a team, he said "absolutely" and added, "I have fantasized about being able to put together a team and how much fun that would be. I think it’d be terrific."

We all know President Obama is a diehard Bulls fan but if he really wants to serve the people of the United States he'll team up with an ownership group and bring the Supersonics back to Seattle.
