President-Elect Trump meets with President Obama and apparently it went well.
Ever since Trump started/popularized the Birther movement, it's been believed that Barack and the Donald were sworn enemies. Since Donald won the presidential race, however, the two men look to be playing nice. Donald Trump visited the White House today, and both parties somehow had nice things to say about it.
According to CBC News, Obama said that him and the president-elect had an "excellent" and "wide-ranging" discussion, and that he was "encouraged by Trump wanting to work with his team on issues facing the country." Donald Trump said it was an honor to chat with Obama, and that their conversation lasted over an hour when it was slated to be only ten minutes long.
