In Your Eyes
BADBADNOTGOOD Feat. Charlotte Day Wilson
BADBADNOTGOOD is a four-piece instrumental jazz group that has always worn its rap influence proudly. First making their mark with inspired riffs on Kanye West, Gucci Mane, and Waka Flocka Flame records, they've more recently shifted their focus to original compositions, working with Earl Sweatshirt, Ghostface Killah and Mick Jenkins. When it comes to their own output, they tend to work with a range of collaborators, and their new record with fellow Torontonian Charlotte Day Wilson illustrates their range quite well.
BADBADNOTGOOD Feat. Kaytranada
Canadian trio BADBADNOTGOOD is gearing up for the release of their fourth studio album IV on July 8th. This afternoon, they released a charming track with Kaytranada called "Lavender." The song traverses several movements showcases BBNG's eclectic style and influences -- everyone from LCD Soundsystem to the Beach Boys lives on this record.
Times Move Slow
BADBADNOTGOOD Feat. Sam Herring
One of the most versatile bands on the planet, BADBADNOTGOOD are producing a Ghostface Killah album one month and diving into an abstract "Bitches Brew"-style digression the next. Yesterday, they premiered a new record called "Time Moves Slow" on Zane Lowe's Beats 1 radio show. It sounds like a prog rock from the '70s with a shuffling drum beat, baroque organ pads, meditative guitar chords, and Sam Herring's Jim Morrison-esque vocals.
BADBADNOTGOOD are here to keep the jazz vibe alive with their new track “Speaking Gently.” The group posted the song to their YouTube channel along with a very casual announcement that their next album IV is “coming soon.”
On The Map
Rising rapper Mick Jenkins invited versatile jazz trio BADBADNOTGOOD for “On The Map,” a cover of a The Sensei Blue track of the same name. “On The Map” is a definite moment of experimentation for Mick Jenkins, who isn’t much of a singer but manages to make the song song with some smooth falsetto backing vocals to balance out his gritty baritone. BADBADNOTGOOD adds depth to the already funky instrumental, while Jenkins adds a verse to the original lyrics.

The song "Get The Money" is a high-powered car chase music with Ghost & Vince's verses in tow over a vintage Adrian Younge beat.
BADBADNOTGOOD Feat. Ghostface Killah & MF Doom
Your favorite super hero from the hood, Ghostface Killah, returns today with a new collaboration with musical collective BADBADNOTGOOD and MF DOOM. Ghostface and BADBADNOTGOOD are working on an entire collaborative album, Sour Soul, which has locked in a release date of February 24th. Ghostface's been putting in overtime, from his solo album 36 Seasons, to the Wu-Tang album A Better Tomorrow, and now this.
BADBADNOTGOOD Feat. Ghostface Killah & Elzhi
BADBADNOTGOOD are a self-described "post-bop" trio from Toronto, who made their name doing jazz-infused covers of rap artists like Tyler, The Creator and Waka Flocka. The group quickly gained the attention of some of the artists they were paying tribute to, which earned them production placements on Tyler, The Creator's WOLF, Earl Sweatshirt's Doris, and Danny Brown's OLD.
