Asian Doll, the princess of Gucci Mane’s 1017 empire, dropped off her So Icy Princess effort last month and has been mashing the gas ever since. Prior to the release of the project, Asian presented us with the “1017” single, featuring honcho Gucci and fellow 1017 signee Yung Mal and now some weeks removed from the debut of Princess, we a get a full clip for the track.
The select is definitely a standout form the effort as we get Gucci and his protégés going to-for-toe in a friendly battle that has Asian and Mal proving their worth alongside the hip-hop veteran.
“At the end of the day, my goal is to always get better and better,” Asian previously noted of her position in the 1017 roster. “What I want my fans to see is that I’m constantly improving. I’m growing. I’m competing with my latest tapes and it’s really a competition with myself, basically. I just really want to keep going.”
