With Ashanti's new album Braveheart out today (and a stream available for it here), the singer vying for a comeback made an appearance on Power 105's The Breakfast Club with Charlamange Tha God, DJ Envy and Angela Yee.
During Ashanti's 30-minute discussion, the singer discussed her falling out with Irv Gotti and Murder Inc., and making the move from a major label to being independent. She also puts to bed the rumor that her and Irv were lovers (she says "absolutely not"), as well as other rumors, like the one that circulated which said Ashanti gave Irv the photo of Prodigy in a tutu from a dance class.
