The reformed Bedroom pop star has rallied together a comprehensive list of guests, all acting within the scope of their responsibilities. There's an infinite shyness about Dev's music even when he's staring down at his earnest pupils. Nabbing Puffy for a talking role was huge, in a matter of disputing public record concerning what he's capable of from here on out (as an arranger).
Long ago, Dev Hynes showed his hand and never looked back, he worked with the likes of Solange, A$AP Rocky, and Carly Rae Jepsen, and yet it's taken this long to reattribute those learned powers to his Blood Orange project. The talented soloist performed his collabo with A$AP Rocky on Jimmy Kimmel! for the world to see, and yet we'll likely always view him as an underdog, as he does himself.
