I guess Ariana Grande isn't done mulling over her options in the post-Pete Davidson era, but if her new video single is any indication, she isn't about to chase the action. The natural ebb and flow of Grande's dating life has seen her plunge into the depths of love with nothing but a learner's permit - and to her credit, she's shown a ton of grace in pushing forward.

Her latest single "break up with your girlfriend, i'm bored" is being pushed on the day of thank u, next's wholesale release, only six months after her last effort Sweetener, and just over 5 months since the love of her life passed away. Although "break up with your girlfriend, i'm bored" is for all intents and purposes, a humorous quip at worst, Ariana Grande does make a few subtle inferences to her exes Mac Miller and Pete Davidson, especially in offering the latter a message of solemnity on "Ghostin'," several songs before the fateful outro takes precedence.

Quotable Lyrics:

Break up with your girlfriend
Yeah, yeah, 'cause I'm bored
You could hit it in the mornin'
Yeah, yeah, like it's yours
I know it ain't right
But I don't care.
