AraabMuzik's output has slowed down recently, but due to his history, each one of his new productions deserves attention. He produced two tracks on Joe Budden's new album, All Love Lost, and his focus is now on his own upcoming album, Dream World, due out later this year. Araab has just released the first single off the album, "Final Hour," which features electronic R&B singer Kelela, coming off of her incredible Hallucinogen EP, released earlier this month.
Araab's upcoming project reminds us that some of his best work was on his 2011 album, Electronic Dream. The production on "Final Hour" is reminiscent of Electronic Dream's blissful trance but with a bit more techno influence. Kelela continues to amaze by melding her vocals into all types of club-ready productions, and her performance here is totally immersive.
Dream World is a release you don't want to miss.
I'ma take my time, let me know if that's alright
I'm not giving up, I'll do more than survive
Speakers burning up in the back of my ride
And we rollin' up, and we tokin' up
