Aminé is one of the more underrated artists out there right now. He has an original sound that can be compared to the likes of Smino, Anderson .Paak, and others. You can tell that the Portland native has a passion for making great music because every time he comes through with some new cuts, you know they're going to slap. The rapper is unafraid to show his personality in his lyrics, adding his personal touch to the played-out topics we hear in every song and breathing new life into the genre.

Last night, Aminé came through with a couple of fresh songs, remixing a few of his favorites from 2018. The first was Tierra Whack's "Hungry Hippo" and the second is Unknown Mortal Orchestra's "Hunnybee." The artist's remix of the upbeat song is well-done, playful and lighthearted.
